EncodeBox provides a software-as-a-service platform ("Service") for code analysis and development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Obligations

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EncodeBox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ENCODEBOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
